
How it works:
Handing you a meal plan, or asking you to track your carb, fat, and protein intake daily may tell you WHAT to do, but it does not tell you HOW to do it. Beginning a new diet, or following a multifaceted meal plan requires you to make multiple changes all at the same time, which is less than ideal for most individuals. Here at Gen1, we take a different approach, helping you to create new habits and sustainable lifestyle changes over a period of time, allowing you to be much more likely to adapt and implement the necessary routines to uncover your true potential.
Everyone begins with a detailed and thorough assessment. This will include forms to be filled out by you detailing information related to your current dietary choices/patterns, exercise level, sleep routine, etc. Your Nutrition Coach will review all of this information, and then a 1 on 1 virtual session will be scheduled at your convenience. During that session, your forms will be reviewed, and a brief outline of areas that could be improved upon will be discussed. You will also have the time to discuss in detail what you as the individual are looking to achieve, change, etc.
At that point, if you are interested in joining the Gen1 Family, packages will be discussed, and the most appropriate package for you personally will be chosen. From there, begins the most exciting part of all; creating life-long positive changes, to build a happier, healthier, stronger you.
